Delete your account in the app
- Open Kallivra on iOS or Android and sign in.
- Open Settings, then go to the Account section.
- Select Delete account and confirm the permanent deletion.
The deletion process begins immediately after confirmation. This action cannot be undone.
Request deletion without the app
Email us from the Google or Apple email address linked to your Kallivra mobile account. Use the subject “Kallivra Mobile Account Deletion Request” and state that you want your mobile account deleted.
Request account deletion by emailWe may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you. Never send your password, full payment card details, or an Apple/Google account password.
Data that will be deleted
- Your Kallivra mobile account, profile, preferences, and consent records.
- Your user-created characters and generated character images.
- Your conversations, AI messages, conversation memory, and related generated scene media.
- Other account-linked application data that is not required to be retained.
Data that may be retained
Limited security, fraud-prevention, legal, dispute, and transaction records may be retained only for as long as required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. Access to retained records is restricted.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel active subscriptions in your device’s store settings.
Mobile and web accounts are separate
Kallivra mobile and Kallivra web use separate profiles and data spaces, even when the same email address is used. A mobile account deletion request does not delete a separate web profile unless you explicitly request both.
