What to include

Tell us whether you are using iOS or Android, your Kallivra app version, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the steps that reproduce the problem. You may attach a screenshot if it does not contain sensitive information.

Never send your password, Apple or Google verification code, full payment card details, refresh token, or other authentication secret.

Accounts and sign-in

Kallivra mobile supports Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In. If sign-in fails, confirm that the device is online, update Kallivra to the latest version, and try again. Include the exact error message in your support request if the problem continues.

Subscriptions and purchases

Use Restore Purchases on the Kallivra paywall if an active mobile marketplace subscription is not reflected in the app. Manage renewal or cancellation through the channel where you made the purchase. Deleting Kallivra does not automatically cancel a subscription.

For web purchases, use the receipt or subscription-management link in the purchase confirmation for billing help, cancellation, or a refund request. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and request instructions.

AI content and safety reports

Kallivra is an 18+ romantic AI companion and interactive storytelling service. Pornographic or obscene content, explicit sexual imagery, and child exploitation are prohibited. Automated safety controls are used to restrict prohibited content, and users can report content for review.

You can report an AI response directly from its message menu in a conversation. Choose the reason that best describes the issue and submit the report. If you cannot access the app, email us with enough context to identify and review the problem without repeating harmful details unnecessarily.

Account and data deletion

You can permanently delete your mobile account from the Account section in Kallivra Settings. You can also follow the instructions on our account deletion page if you no longer have access to the app.
